Wanted to give a thumbs up to Glock, and their timely warranty work. I sent my 9 year old G30S - .45 auto into Glock for reliability issues (feed ramp nose diving problems), which they received on May 20th, and is currently in transit back to me via 2 day air. My only cost was $15.00 to get it to Smyrna, GA. My rep told me they would replace any needed parts for free, as well as conduct reliability testing. I gota say, that?s impressive service 😊
Wow! That is impressive.
Pretty sure you can also take it to a GSSF shooting event and there will be a Glock armorer on staff that will check out and repair if needed on the spot. Used to be that way and I assume it still is.
My Glock 30S arrived back from Glock and was able to out to the range for some reliability testing. I ran 50 rd?s of Federal HST 230gr + P, and also 50 rd?s of Winchester?s T series 230gr +P without a hiccup. The below list is what they replaced in my 9 year old G30s for the price of (15) to get it to Georgia. I?m not a huge Glock guy, but I gota say, their customer service, and quick turnaround time are unmatched, other than possibly Sig.
