S&W is apparently now selling these...

I bought one (and their only?) from Midwest Gun Works last week:

I bought mine from MGW a while back.
Still haven?t reamed it to 10mm Mag yet.

So does a second cylinder require hand-fitting? Does the end require tweaking?

Technically, yes...
I haven't tried to fit mine yet, but I'm hopeful that modern CNC machining means it won't actually need much fitting or shimming.
Thanks! I just ordered one to have converted to .401 GNR!
Are you sending these cylinders out to be reamed to 10mm Mag.?
Since it will not work for what I want it to do if anyone needs a 10mm cylinder I have one for the same price I paid. I am having a .357 Cylinder converted to .38-40 instead
