I bought mine from MGW a while back.

Still haven?t reamed it to 10mm Mag yet.

So does a second cylinder require hand-fitting?  Does the end require tweaking?

Technically, yes... 

I haven't tried to fit mine yet, but I'm hopeful that modern CNC machining means it won't actually need much fitting or shimming.

Are you sending these cylinders out to be reamed to 10mm Mag.?

Since it will not work for what I want it to do if anyone needs a 10mm cylinder I have one for the same price I paid. I am having a .357 Cylinder converted to .38-40 instead

Sounds like a cool project, I like it!  Sure hope it works out well.
