Title: I have to switch to .45 and 10mm
Post by: gnappi on September 23 2021 10:25:37 AM MDT
What a chore :-)

A few days ago I found a local gun trader ad for 9k LPP at a silly low almost pre pandemic / panic price and I bought them all. Lately I've been focusing on .357 Sig and .40 but adding 9k LPP to my already decent supply of 15k LPP is "forcing" me to re-balance my needs :-)

Luckily my furnaces have been busy casting both 45's and .40 bullets.

Hang on folks, sellers are starting to realize that if they don't sell soon, they'll get stuck with a lot of components and lose money.

Congrats on a great score!

I sure hope that you are correct on future pricing.

Yup, at gunshows there are plenty of primers, I ask  the  price  and after  their answer I just say, thanks and  walk away.

Well, re-reloading the 10 and .45 is getting to be a blast :-)

I've been shooting .40's, 9x25 and .357 Sig for a very long time and I have dusted off my long slides and am working up loads for them. Recently I scored 8 pounds of red dot and working loads up with it and other powders I've had for a while. I kinda put the 10 and .45 on the back burner but I have many thou bullets I've cast up and coated along with the Sig and 9x25 bullets to keep the furnaces going.

Now that the weather is nicer I can also give the new chronograph a go. More to come.
