That "sounds" like the union believes their contract is with the location not the employing entity. I have no idea how labor law works but I "thought" collective bargaining went with the owner, not a bankrupt and re-formed company.

In general I am and have been pro union, a past member of the teamsters, USPS as well as a maritime union I find it silly they're taking such a hard line approach. Weird, the union is already alienating the new owners rather than trying to salvage jobs.
